Primary Responsibility:

You will be responsible for monitoring system alerts, resolving Level-1 technical issues, and ensuring service availability in line with defined SLAs. You will collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot incidents, escalate critical issues, and maintain operational excellence.

Job Specification:

  • Monitor applications, servers, and network infrastructure

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level-1 support issues

  • Manage alerts, escalations, and incident tracking

  • Maintain documentation, reports, and knowledge base updates

  • SQL Queries and MS SQL Server
