About the Role
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer Lead to drive cloud infrastructure, automation, platform engineering, and DevSecOps initiatives across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS and/or Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, cloud security, and observability. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on engineering capabilities, and a passion for building secure, scalable, and reliable cloud platforms.

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
Experience: 10+ Years (5+ Years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering)
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure.
Build and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and automation scripting.
Lead DevSecOps initiatives by integrating security controls, compliance checks, and vulnerability scanning into delivery pipelines.
Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability frameworks to improve system reliability and performance.
Implement cloud governance, IAM best practices, and cost optimization strategies.
Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes, release management, and operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, platform, and deployment issues across environments.
Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, runbooks, and operational procedures.
Mentor engineering teams and promote DevOps best practices across the organization.
Required Skills
Cloud & Infrastructure
Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
Expertise in cloud networking, compute services, storage, identity management, and container platforms.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, scalability, and resilience principles.
DevOps & Automation
Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Harness, or Azure DevOps.
Strong expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
Advanced scripting skills using Bash, PowerShell, and working knowledge of Python or Java.
Experience implementing automated deployment and release management processes.
Containers & Kubernetes
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Ingress Controllers, Autoscaling, and container orchestration.
Experience working with managed Kubernetes services such as EKS or AKS.
Security & Compliance
Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and shift-left security approaches.
Strong understanding of IAM, least-privilege access models, vulnerability management, and cloud security best practices.
Familiarity with cloud security tools and posture management solutions.
Monitoring & Observability
Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of metrics, logs, tracing, alerting, and incident response processes.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Platform Engineering.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps delivery methodologies.
Familiarity with enterprise-scale cloud migrations and modernization initiatives.
Experience managing cloud costs, governance, and operational excellence programs.
Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
