About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software implementation, product development, and enterprise technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project management, stakeholder communication, Agile/Scrum methodologies, risk management, and customer engagement. This role requires ownership of end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technology projects and programs.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, governance structures, communication plans, and delivery strategies.
Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Manage project schedules, resource allocation, budgets, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Conduct project review meetings, governance discussions, and stakeholder status updates.
Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and risk mitigation activities.
Maintain project documentation including project plans, Statements of Work (SoW), status reports, UAT sign-offs, and change requests.
Support customer onboarding, UAT execution, proof-of-concept activities, and production rollouts.
Monitor customer satisfaction and build strong long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and operational support.
Assist with project financial tracking, invoicing coordination, budgeting, and commercial discussions when required.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Project Management, Program Management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
High proficiency in Microsoft Project and project planning tools.
Strong stakeholder, customer, and vendor management skills.
Excellent risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Technical understanding of web applications, databases, and enterprise software solutions.
Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, Mantis, or similar platforms.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing software implementation, product delivery, or enterprise technology projects.
Exposure to FinTech, Banking, Financial Services, or SaaS environments.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery models, and software implementation methodologies.
Experience managing geographically distributed teams and customer-facing projects.
