About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Technical Implementation Analyst – Data Intelligence to support the implementation, integration, and optimization of data-driven software solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to configure data integrations, perform data analysis, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure successful onboarding and deployment of enterprise applications. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and problem-solving to deliver impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support customer onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through successful go-live.
Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and data solutions.
Configure data mappings, integrations, file transfers, and API connections to support client requirements.
Perform validation testing, data verification, and quality assurance activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, integration issues, and system-related challenges.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact during implementation projects.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and third-party partners to ensure seamless delivery.
Document implementation processes, technical configurations, customer requirements, and best practices.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve implementation efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
Support customers with training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation assistance.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in SQL, database management, query optimization, and data analysis.
Solid understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Schema Design, Stored Procedures, and Functions.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, PHP, Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
Experience working on software implementations, system integrations, or data operations projects.
Knowledge of APIs, data transfer mechanisms, and system integration concepts.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong documentation and customer engagement skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in SaaS, FinTech, Banking, Financial Services, or other data-intensive industries.
Exposure to full-stack development or client-facing implementation projects.
Experience working with enterprise data platforms and integration solutions.
Familiarity with highly regulated, high-volume transaction processing systems.
Knowledge of modern software development and implementation methodologies.
